Shipping Methods:

Shipping Costs:

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, a delivery rate of £12 applies.

• Expedited Shipping: A flat rate of £18 applies.

International Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact customer service for specific information regarding international shipping rates and policies.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the item is in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received, we will send out the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gentrygrace.com. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all shipping costs associated with the return of the damaged or incorrect item.
